A moment of clarity in 2016 following a brief spell in hospital prompted me to fulfil another of my long-held dreams -   learning to play the harp. I fell completely in love with the instrument. It totally transformed my relationship with music and became the catalyst for a seismic change in my life that I never could have anticipated.
